The hotel is near several metro stations like Cluny La Sorbonne and St Michel. The breakfast had a good selection. A very pleasant lady cooked eggs upon request. All the reception staff I encountered were very friendly and efficient.
The croissants seemed to be of the type one can buy as frozen goods.

perfect location really good staff quick response
the location was excellent with easy access to many landmarks. restaurants and shops were within a short walk. the staff responded to every request within minutes. they arranged arrival gifts and departure transportation with constant smiles.
the room i had faced the courtyard, and the noise from neighboring establishments was occasionally noticeable.

great location quiet street helpful service daily chocolates
The location allowed me to easily walk to Notre Dame and various shops. I appreciated that the hotel is situated on a quiet street. The staff offered friendly and helpful service . I also found the daily chocolates at reception a lovely treat.
The room was quite small, limiting space for luggage.

festive mood friendly staff comfortable room
The location was near restaurants. It was also a short walk to gardens. The room was comfortable. The Christmas decorations gave a festive mood. The staff was friendly and helpful. They checked in on us via messages . They assisted with anything I needed.
Old buildings make some problems. There is no wide bathroom.
